our studio offers quality classical ballet training in the vaganova tradition to pre-professional and recreational ballet students of all ages. we are located just north of HOLLYWOOD IN STUDIO CITY, CALIFORNIA.

creative movement, pre-ballet
Focus on:
-Exploring the joy of movement through music
-improvising to promote creativity and stimulate imagination
-Starting to work in groups with Level 2 students, following their lead and executing simple dance projects

Level Two / ages 7 to 9
beginning ballet, pre-pointe
Focus on:
-Introduction to basic ballet steps
-Learning about placement and balance
-Working with music, rhythm, count
-Memorizing simple combinations
-Emphasis on discipline, responsibilities, and work ethic

level 3 / ages 10 to 13
Beginning intermediate Ballet, pre-Pointe, Pointe
Focus on:
-Barre work, center work, jumps, pre-pointe and pointe work
-Incorporation of mat work, body conditioning, stretching, strengthening and alignment
-Developing coordination and endurance

intermediate Ballet, Pointe, Variations
Focus on:
-Intermediate technique at the barre, center work, jumps, and solo variations
-Refining style, technique, and performance esthetic

adult ballet / age 18 and older
open adult classes with some previous ballet experience. these intermediate to advanced classes are offered once or twice a week in our studio on a drop-in basis.
